TERMS & CONDITIONS

Violation of any of our terms is immediate grounds for account termination without notice and without payment of owed money. You must agree to all of the following terms before signing up for the program

1. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the program

2. You must use your assigned linking code to link to us. Clicks sent by any fraudulent means will be deleted and your account will be terminated without notice.

3. Board spamming is strictly prohibited. I check referrer stats, there is no point in spamming chinese or russian boards, etc. I will catch you and cancel your account. If you are promoting the program in your signature on a board that's ok. But if your trying to generate hits through spam you're finished.

4. Hits must be sent from sites and links written in English. YOUR HITS MUST ALSO BE FROM AN ADULT GAY ORIENTED SITE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT TRAFFIC FROM STRAIGHT SITES TO THIS PROGRAM.

5. We do not accept webmaster accounts from the People's Republic of China, or Latvia.

6. E-mail spamming is absolutely not permitted. You may not send out any form of e-mail advertising containing our link; this includes newsgroup posting.

7. For the blind links and impression programs links must be from an html page, and you may link using any (legal) text links, you may also link from any (legal) image link. Linking with underage images, or text referring to underage or any other illegal content or activity is strictly prohibited.

8. You may only send popup traffic using the code provided for the exit program. If you send popup, redirect or 404 traffic to the impression, blind click, or gallery program your account will be terminated.

9. Do not submit galleries to tgps and then redirect the traffic to me. If your cheating other people, chances are you'll be cheating me before long.

10. Do not send any form of 404, meta refresh, or redirected traffic of any type to this program.

11. Do not send traffic from gateway pages designed only to send traffic to me or other advertising programs with no real content. These kind of pages are used by webmasters to cheat by spam, sending traffic from chinese boards and other cheat methods and I will not accept traffic from them. Your page must come from a real web page like a gallery, tgp site, free site, avs site etc any page that is a real webpage.

12. Never open up other window or dialers when sending people to the exit code.

13. Do not attempt to place your code in a frame of any size, shape or sort.

14. Your links may not contain any language which implies underage content, violence, rape, or any illegal activities.

15. Never send traffic from any pages containing or linking to illegal content, including but not limited to: child pornography, bestiality, unlicensed content, password trading sites, warez sites or hate sites.

16. The pay rate for the blind click program is 7 cents per unique 2nd page click. 1 cent per click from hits sent by webmasters you've referred.

17. Pay rate for exit traffic is $6 per thousand hits sent. The no exit option is paid at the rate of $4 per thousand hits. $1 per 1000 hits sent by webmasters you've referred.

18. Pay rate for the impression/first page click program is $14 per 1000 uniques for USA, Canada, & UK traffic. $9 per 1000 uniques for Western European traffic including Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Finland. All other countries are paid at the rate of $2 per 1000 uniques. The rates for the nopup impression code are as follows: $10 per 1000 uniques for USA, UK & CA, $7 per 1000 uniques for western European, & $1 per 1000 uniques for other countries.

19. Pay rate for the gallery impression program is $40 per 100k hits sent.

20. Minimum payout for USA/Canada is $20, minimum payout for overseas accounts is $100. Accounts that do not reach the minimum payout will be carried over to the next pay period.

21. We reserve the right to change the payout amount at any time, you will be notified of any changes at least 3 days in advance.

22. We reserve the right to change the terms of service at any time, in such cases you will be notified of any changes.

23. Accounts that send an unusually high percentage of Asian/South American/African traffic will be terminated without payment.

24. We reserve the right to cancel the program at any time; you will be notified at least 3 days in advance in this event and all money owed will be paid in full.

25. Accounts that are not actively sending traffic to the program for a period of 1 month or longer will be terminated.

26.  From time to time we may send e-mail announcements for new programs and opportunities that our company is offering. We will not sell your e-mail address to mailing lists or other webmasters.
